We have some pictures from the MTC!!!
Sorella Swiss is Sorella Rasmussen's companion. It sounds like they get along well. Liz said that it is a real blessing to be with Sister Swiss. She appreciates having some "girl to girl" talk time after spending all day in class with the Elders.
Sorella Rasmussen with her district. They all entered the Missionary Training Center at the same time and will work together while there. The Anziane (Elders) take good care of Sorella Rasmussen.
Gotta love that cafeteria food!
Anziano Cottam and Anziano Lovell are Sorella Rasmussen's teaching companions. They accompany her whenever she cannot be with Sorella Swiss. She said that they are learning a lot from each other and that they are wonderful to work with.
These are the missionaries in the MTC who will be serving in Milan, Italy.
Sisters Swiss, Rasmussen, Favero, Smith, and Glass

"A beautiful first Sunday at the MTC. Happy Easter. We take a temple walk every week on Sunday afternoon!! I love the temple."
"Do you think we get along?! We have a lot of fun and she is so very sweet! We are different but help strengthen each other."

Life in the MTC
Sorrella Rasmussen has been in the MTC for 2 weeks already! She is in the unique position of being a "solo" sister, the only sister in the district with 13 elders. Her companion, Sister Swiss, was in the MTC for 3 weeks before Liz, so they can't go to class together. It sounds like they aren't able to spend too much time together, but Liz loves Sister Swiss. She enjoys her companionship inventory, because she could just sit and talk to a girl. Liz has 2 elders assigned to accompany her to class. She spends most of her time with her district.
Liz thinks her teachers are absolutely incredible. She likes to listen to the missionaries who have been there longer--she just wishes that she could understand them better.
Liz sends her love and thanks for your prayers, love, and letters. She likes to get letters through dearelder.com. If you want to send a note (no charge) her MTC mailbox is #287, the mission code is ITA-MIL and her departure date is May 20.
